Return Period

What We Accept for Return

  • Come back in the original packaging
  • Include any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with it
  • Not show damage from improper use or installation

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, incorrect installation, or normal wear

How Refunds Work

 After we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit

If the return does not meet our requirements, we will contact you with the details.

Return Shipping Costs

 If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the information and work with you on a solution.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please reach out to us before sending anything back if you need an exchange.

Canceling an Order

 You can cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return after you receive it (subject to the conditions above).
